About the role
We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and scale Kenshi’s cloud infrastructure and automation systems. You’ll work closely with our product and security teams to build efficient, reliable, and secure deployments across multiple cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multi-repo TypeScript projects.

  • Automate and manage infrastructure using Terraform across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle Cloud.

  • Optimise and maintain deployment environments for speed, reliability, and scalability.

  • Collaborate with product and security teams to improve automation workflows and environment consistency.

  • Ensure best practices for infrastructure version control, testing, and security.

  • (Bonus) If you have strong frontend experience, especially with TypeScript or build tools like Vite, pnpm, or Turborepo, that’s a major advantage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.

  • Proficiency with Terraform and multi-cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle Cloud).

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).

  • Familiarity with TypeScript and general scripting/automation principles.

  • Solid grasp of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.

  • Ability to work effectively during UK (BST/GMT) hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating cloud services such as IAM, load balancing, and storage across different providers.

  • Awareness of cloud security practices and cost optimisation.

  • Background in frontend or full-stack development using TypeScript.
