About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help manage player inquiries and resolve product-related issues with professionalism and care. You’ll represent Kenshi Security’s voice, ensuring every interaction builds trust and satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, and support portal.

  • Diagnose common technical issues and escalate where needed.

  • Document recurring issues to improve internal systems.

  • Provide accurate product information and usage guidance.

  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to report bugs and monitor resolutions.

  • Maintain KPIs for response and satisfaction times.

 

Requirements

  • 1+ year in customer support or community management.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong understanding of ticketing platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.

  • Basic technical understanding (software, apps, or game-related experience preferred).

  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

  • Available to work during UK (BST/GMT) hours.
